Terms of Service
By using faceshapehaircut.com you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We measure your face shape from a selfie and show AI-generated previews of haircuts on your photo, with written instructions for your barber. Previews are illustrations, not promises: how a real haircut turns out depends on your hair, your barber and many other things. Face shape results are an estimate based on measurements, not a medical or professional assessment.
Your photos
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed to it. You must be at least 16.
- You keep all rights to your photo. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Don't upload anything illegal, sexual, or that violates someone else's rights.
Payments
- Prices are one-time payments in US dollars: Basic $9.99, Plus $19.99, Pro $29.99. Upgrades cost the difference. There is no subscription.
- Each tier includes a set number of haircut images and tries, shown before you pay. Tries that fail or that we can't render don't count.
- Your results page stays available for one year from purchase.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Fair use
Free previews are limited per device and per day. Don't try to get around limits, scrape the site, or use it to make content about other people without their consent. We may block access if you do.
Generated images
You can use the images made from your own photo for personal purposes, including showing them to your barber and sharing them.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
