Refund Policy

If you're not happy with your results, email support@faceshapehaircut.com within 7 days of paying, from the email you used at checkout, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How it works
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
- When we refund a purchase, we delete the results page and the photos for that order.
- Upgrades are refunded the same way, within 7 days of the upgrade payment.
Charged twice?
If you paid twice for the same photo, we refund the extra payment automatically — you don't need to ask. If you don't see it within 2 business days, email us.
