Privacy Policy

Face Shape Haircut AI ("we", "us") runs faceshapehaircut.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and how long we keep it.

Your photo

• You upload a selfie so we can measure your face shape and show haircuts on it. We use it only to make your results.
• We never use your photos to train AI models, and we never sell or share them for advertising.
• Face measurement happens in your browser: it finds points on your face and sends us those coordinates with the photo so we can calculate your face shape. We do not build a face-recognition template and do not try to identify you.
• To make your results, the photo is sent to two AI providers that work on our behalf: Google (Gemini) to check the photo and suggest haircuts, and WaveSpeed AI to render the haircut images. They process it only to return results to us.
• Photos and generated images are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Links to them are signed and expire.

How long we keep things

• If you don't pay, your photo and previews are deleted after 30 days.
• If you pay, your results page (photo, images, face measurements) is kept for one year so you can come back to it, then deleted.
• You can ask us to delete everything sooner — email us from the address you used at checkout.

Other information

• Email — only if you buy. We use it to send your results link and answer support requests. No marketing emails without your consent.
• Payment — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data — a cookie with a random device ID (to limit free previews and keep you signed in to your results), your IP address (for abuse prevention), and basic page events such as which pages you viewed and where you came from (including ad click IDs like gclid).
• Advertising measurement — if you came from a Google ad and buy, we tell Google Ads a purchase happened. For buyers in the US, Canada and Australia we may send a one-way hash of your email so Google can match the conversion; we never send the email itself.
• Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a bot.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you also have the rights your local law gives you, including the right to complain to a regulator. We do not sell personal information.

Children

The service is not meant for anyone under 16. Please don't upload photos of other people without their permission.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Big changes will be shown on the site.
